In 40 square meters of space comfortably accommodates two people with a double bedroom.

Located in the historic center of Rome: a prime location, close to the Colosseum and the subway, walking distance to all major sights of the capital.

The interior space is divided as follows:

- LIVING ZONE: kitchen complete with four induction burners, refrigerator and freezer, mocha, traditional oven and microwave, electric kettle, wine glasses, various kitchen utensils; two-seater sofa, table and smart TV. AC split.
- NIGHT AREA: double bed (1.60 x1.90 mt), closet.
- BATHROOM: shower stall, bidet, toilet, washbasin and hair dryer.

OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: iron and ironing board.

-From Fiumicino Leonardo Da Vinci International Airport it is possible to reach Rome Termini Station via Leonardo Express shuttle service. From the train station, you can reach the apartment by line 714 to "Nervi / Palazzo Sport" stop, 4 minutes walk away.

-From Rome Ciampino International Airport it is possible to reach the "Cinecittà" subway by 520 line then you can continue by subway to "Manzoni" stop, an 8-minute walk from the apartment

-From Rome Termini Train Station it is possible to reach the apartment by line 714 to "Merulana / Labicana" stop, 4 minutes away on foot.

If you're travelling by car, you can park, for a fee, on the street or at the Parkolosseum garage (4 minutes away on foot).

The apartment has a self check-in system, so you will be able to access it on by yourself with the personal link that we will provide a few days before your arrival.

In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active only until 11:30 pm.

Please note: completing the ID registration and online check-in porcess is MANDATORY in order to receive the instructions and access the apartment.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Roma (€6.00 per person per night of stay).
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C (with a -2 ° C tolerance) for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20 ° C (with + 2 ° of tolerance).
