Elegant apartment furnished with great style and equipped with the main comforts to accommodate up to 3 people. The house is located in the center of Lecce, in a convenient position for walking to all points of interest in the city: we are in fact just 550 meters from the Villa Reale and just 5 minutes walk from Porta Rudiae, an ideal starting point for visiting the Old Town. The train station, with connections to other Apulian tourist resorts, is only 700 meters away!

The 80 sqm apartment is located on the first floor of a building without elevator, with an independent entrance from the street: it is necessary to climb a flight of stairs to access it.

The interior space is composed as follows:
- Kitchenette equipped with gas stove, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, moka, kettle, toaster and electric oven
- Living area with dining table and single sofa bed
- Bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, split AC, TV, sofa and armchairs
- Toilet with wc, bidet and shower box
- Terrace with access from the kitchen (small flight of eight steps), equipped with table and chairs x4.

Additional services are available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, desk, two fans, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and linen included (with optional changes for a fee).

The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay.

All identity documents of the guests must be exhibited on arrival as provided by Italian law.

The keys to the entrance door are located inside a safety deposit box that opens with a code, which will be provided at check-in.

After 9:30 pm, check-in directly in the apartment is available with the following supplements:
- From 9:30 pm to 11:00 pm - Euro 25.00
- From 11:00 pm to 12:00 am - Euro 30.00
- From 12:00 am to 1:30 am - Euro 40.00
