The property is located in a residential area facing the sea, on the main promenade, a 2-minute walk from the renowned Bagni Pancaldi beach resort, and 5 minutes from the charming Terrazza Mascagni. Well connected to the city centre thanks to public transport.

The accommodation consists of a living area with a sofa bed, double bed, kitchenette and bathroom.

The internal space
The internal space is organized as follows:
- LIVING AREA with double sofa bed, dining table, TV and split A/C;
- KITCHENETTE with electric hobs, fridge, small freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle, kitchen utensils and wine glasses;
- SLEEPING AREA with double bed and wardrobe;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and toilet.

Guests' access
The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

We are very flexible and are happy to organize early check-ins/late check-outs when there are no other guests entering or leaving the apartment on that same day. All requests will be confirmed a couple of days before your arrival.

Other details to be noted
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and to pay the city tax (€1,00 or 1.70€, depending on the seasonality per person per night of stay).
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C

A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:
- EUR 10 from 21:00 until 22:00;
- EUR 20 from 22:00 until 23:00;
- EUR 30 from 23:00 until 00.00
- EUR 40 from 00:00 until 01.00
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area along Viale Italia and in front of the seafront, which allows you to reach, with a walk, the Aquarium and the wonderful Terrazza Mascagni, from which you can enjoy suggestive sunsets.
