The accommodation is located in the historic city center about 6 minutes walk from Central Station. The property enjoys a convenient location both to move around La Spezia and to visit Porto Venere or the Cinque Terre.

The interior space is organized as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, TV and split A/C;
- KITCHEN with induction hob, fridge, moka coffee maker, dishwasher, oven, kitchen utensils, wine glasses and dining table;
- BEDROOM I with double bed, single bed, TV and split A/C;
- BEDROOM II with double bed, TV and split A/C;
- BATHROOM with shower, washbasin, bidet and WC.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, independent heating, air conditioning (a split in the living room and a split in both bedrooms), washing machine, drying rack, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

PLEASE NOTE: the building does not have a lift - the apartment is on the second floor.
The front door is armored and opens with a card.

The room is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.

A few kilometers from the border with Tuscany, La Spezia is one of the essential stops in Liguria. The city is located in the center of one of the most beautiful areas of the Ligurian coast, the Gulf of Poets, which bewitched artists and poets. The whole province of La Spezia, squeezed between the sea and the mountains, is characterized by dream beaches, cliffs, villages and natural wonders. La Spezia is also the access point to some of Italy's main wonders, such as Cinque Terre and Porto Venere, but it also features noteworthy attractions in the center.
The property is located in Corso Cavour, the main street of the city, full of services, including bars, supermarkets, restaurants and pharmacies.
