The apt. is located in via Lamarmora, a residential street above the famous tourist port of Sanremo, going up from the Aurelia for about 800 m towards the first hill between the famous gardens of the historic villas including Villa Ormond and Villa Nobel.
The penthouse consists of a living room, kitchen and bedroom with balcony.

The internal space
The 65 sqm penthouse, which can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people, is located on the sixth floor of a building with a lift (NOT suitable for disabled people).

The space is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, TV and access to the terrace;
- KITCHEN with gas hob, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle, oven, microwave oven, kitchen utensils, wine glasses and dining table;
- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe and access to the balcony;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and toilet;
- TERRACE (accessible from the living room) equipped with dining table and deckchairs;
- BALCONY (accessible from the bedroom).

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, independent heating, split air conditioning (ONLY apartment hallway), washing machine (on the terrace), hairdryer, clothes horse, clothes rack, iron and ironing board.

Guests' access
The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Sanremo, equal to EUR 1.50 per night per person will be withdrawn in cash, for the first 15 nights. Children under the age of 12 are exempt.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Imperia Climatic Zone C: 9 hours a day from November 22th to March 23th.

Description of the area
The apartment is located in a residential area a few steps from the Aurelia, surrounded by the greenery of the gardens of historic villas, including Villa Ormond and Villa Nobel, now used as a museum, open every day.
The property is located a few steps from the tourist port and the sandy beaches, reachable both on foot and by bike, which characterize the area.
For bicycle lovers, the longest cycle path in Europe is very close to the holiday home. You will find a bike rental facility just 11 minutes on foot (850 m).
The accommodation is also well connected thanks to public transport (the stop is about 500 m away), which allows you to reach the city center and its most characteristic points.

Every year the famous Italian song Festival takes place in Sanremo, in a few minutes, you can reach the area of ​​Piazza Colombo and the famous Ariston theater, where the event takes place.
