Refined apartment recently renovated, very bright thanks to the many windows and equipped with every comfort to accommodate 2 people. The accommodation is located in Via Cimarosa, in the heart of Vomero, a quiet residential area perfect for every type of traveler as it is well connected to the rest of the city thanks to the Vanvitelli metro (450m) and at the same time full of cultural attractions and locals. Castel S.Elmo, the highest point of the city, can be reached in a few minutes.

The 60 sqm accommodation is located on the fifth floor of a building equipped with a condominium concierge and elevator, and is composed as follows:

- Kitchenette equipped with gas stove, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, moka, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, traditional oven and microwave
- Living room with double sofa bed, dining table and TV
- Bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and TV
- Toilet with wc, bidet and shower box
- Balcony.

Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI with fiber, heating via heat pump, air conditioning vents throughout the apartment, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).

Maison La Fontana, with its large balcony, is the ideal choice for those who want to relax in the evening after returning from walks and enjoy pleasant moments of relaxation. Located a few steps from the Villa Floridiana Park and the Ceramics Museum, it is perfect for lovers of nature and walks in the open area. Thanks to the proximity of the Metro Line 1 and three funiculars (Chiaia, Centrale, Montesanto), you can reach any point of the city in a short time. Castel Sant'Elmo and the Certosa di San Martino (highest point in the city) can be reached in a few minutes, as can the super panoramic streets of Via Palizzi and Via Aniello Falcone (place of Neapolitan nightlife) which offer breathtaking views and panoramas. The adjacent Via Scarlatti (pedestrian area) is a must for lovers of shopping, restaurants, ice cream parlors and American bars. - From Naples Central Station, it is possible to reach the apartment by underground L1 to the "Vanvitelli" stop, 450m from the property.

- For those traveling by car, pay attention: even if the flat is outside the ZTL, the nearby Via Alessandro Scarlatti and a piece of Via Luca Giordano are within the ZTL. Street parking must be paid on blue lines. Alternatively, it is possible to park at Cimarosa Park, 15 meters from the apartment.
