Cozy apartment of 48 sqm, able to accommodate up to 2 people, located on the first floor of a building without elevator. The accommodation is equipped with every comfort, including air conditioning and unlimited wifi. The location is enviable: it is located outside the ZTL and in a quiet street, but at the same time a few meters from the old town and a short distance from all points of interest. Corato Station is a 15-minute walk away.

The interior space is organized as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (with gas hob, fridge with freezer, oven and kitchen utensils), dining table, TV and access to balcony I;
- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe, split A/C and access to balcony II;
- BATHROOM with shower, washbasin, bidet and WC;
- BALCONY I;
- BALCONY II.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, independent heating, air conditioning (a split in the bedroom), portable fan, washing machine, drying rack, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).
Extra cleaning available on request and for a fee.

PLEASE NOTE: the building does not have a lift - the apartment is on the first floor.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Corato is a charming town rich in geographical elements and cultural interest, just 10 km from Trani and Bisceglie, 16 km from Castel del Monte and 60 km from Matera. It is located in the Alta Murgia Park, an area of ​​notable historical interest, and boasts the presence of a necropolis dating from between the 7th and 6th centuries. The area is perfect and pleasant for trekking, cycling or horse riding, enjoying the local landscape, unique in its kind. Suggestive are the masserie and the jazzi, stone shelters that bear witness to a past linked to transhumance. Corato is also part of the Via Francigena route and boasts a very varied food and wine offer, thanks to the presence of numerous wine and oil cellars, and local pasta factories.
The accommodation is located in a very central position, a few steps from the historic center and with all the essential services at hand: bars, supermarkets and pharmacies are in fact within 300 meters.

- FROM KAROL WOYTILA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT: it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the FR2 train (Andria Sud direction) to the CORATO stop, a 15-minute walk from the accommodation (1 km).

- FROM CORATO STATION: the apartment can be reached in 15 minutes on foot (1km).

- IF YOU TRAVEL BY CAR: the accommodation is located outside the ZTL and can be reached by car. Street parking is free on white lines (NOT guaranteed).
