In 80 m2 of space, it comfortably accommodates 6 people with two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room.

The internal space is divided as follows:

LIVING AREA. Double sofa bed, 35" smart TV and dining table.
Kitchenette complete with coffee machine, dishwasher, traditional oven, microwave oven, wine glasses and various kitchen utensils.
BEDROOM 1. Double size bed and wardrobe.
BEDROOM 2. Queen size bed and wardrobe.
BATH. Shower cubicle, bidet, toilet, sink and hairdryer.

OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE. Unlimited Wifi, iron and ironing board. Split AC in living area.
Terrace with sofa and outdoor table.

Independent heating with thermostat.

Other things to note
Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (Presidential Decree 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: weighted average air temperatures must not exceed 19°C. The switching on period and the daily switching duration depend on the climate zone defined by the legislation.

The apartment has a self check-in system, so you can access the apartment independently with the personal code that we will provide you a few days before arrival.

NB: it is mandatory to complete the registration of documents and the online check-in procedure in order to receive instructions and access the apartment.

From Reggio Mediopadana station:
Take bus no. 5 to the Reggio Emilia - Stazione Fs stop and continue with bus no. 9 to the Centro Commerciale Reggio Sud stop, a four-minute walk from the property. Travel time: 35 minutes.

From Bologna Airport (the closest airport to Reggio Emilia):
Take the shuttle bus or train (Aerobus or Marconi Express) from the airport to Bologna Centrale station.
At Bologna Centrale, continue with the train to Reggio Emilia and continue with bus no. 9 to the Centro Commerciale Reggio Sud stop, a four-minute walk from the property. Travel time: 1 hour and 40 minutes.

If you arrive by car: possibility of paid parking in the nearby streets, on blue lines.
