The internal space
The 105 sqm apartment is located on the ground floor of a building WITHOUT a lift (steps to access it).

The space is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, two armchairs, 55" TV, split A/C and access to the shared courtyard;
- KITCHEN with gas hob (4 burners), fridge, moka, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, kitchen utensils, wine glasses and dining table;
- BEDROOM with double bed, chest of drawers and access to the shared courtyard;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and toilet;
- TWO shared COURTYARDS (the courtyard accessible from the living room is equipped with a table and chairs).

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unimited wifi, split air conditioning (ONLY in the living room), portable fans, washing machine, hairdryer, clothesline, clothes rack, iron and ironing board.

ATTENTION. There is no heating.

Guests' access
The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay and there are no spaces shared with the host or other tenants.

The city tax has to be paid in cash upon check-in: €2,00 per person per night of stay.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Trapani Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.

For all late check-ins from 22 till 01:30, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
EUR 30 between 22:00 and 24:00
EUR 40 between 00:00 and 01:30
Late check-ins are not available after 01:30.

The apartment is located in the historic center of Marsala, a charming city located on the western coast of Sicily.
It is famous for its production of Marsala wine, a fortified wine that has gained an international reputation. The city is rich in history, having seen the presence of numerous peoples including Phoenicians, Romans, Arabs and Normans, each of whom left a significant imprint on the cultural and architectural fabric of the city.
One of the best-known historical events linked to Marsala is the landing of Giuseppe Garibaldi and his Thousand in 1860, a crucial event in the process of Italian unification. This moment is celebrated with various monuments and museums that tell the story of the era.
The historic center of Marsala is characterized by narrow streets with suggestive views and historic buildings such as baroque churches and ancient palaces. Among the most notable sites is St Thomas of Canterbury Cathedral, which dates back to 1176 but has been remodeled over the centuries.
Marsala is also known for its natural beauty, such as the Stagnone Nature Reserve, an area of ​​great ecological value which includes the largest salt lagoon in Sicily. Here there are islands of extraordinary beauty such as the Island of Mozia, an ancient Phoenician site.

Alternatively, you can take the Autoservizi Salemi S006R bus from the "Trapani Birgi Airport" stop and get off at the "Marsala Train Station" stop, a 12-minute walk from the apartment.

- From Marsala station it is possible to reach the apartment in 14 minutes on foot. Alternatively, you can take a taxi (7 minutes - 2.1 km).

- If you are traveling by car, you can park for a fee at the Municipal Parking in via Giulio Anca Omodei 47, just a 6-minute walk from the property.
