The accommodation is located in a strategic position, just a 4-minute walk from the Parco 11 Settembre 2001 and a 6-minute walk from the Mercato delle Erbe. We are in the historic center of Bologna (Restricted Traffic Zone - ZTL in Italian), a short distance from all points of interest, easily reachable on foot.

- BATHROOM II with shower, sink, shower and toilet.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: unlimited wifi, independent heating, split air conditioning (ONLY in the kitchen and in the three bedrooms), washing machine, hairdryer, clothesline, iron and ironing board.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 -6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Description of the area
The apartment is located in via Azzo Gardino 1, one of the areas best served by means of transport and personal services. The accommodation is located a 9-minute walk from the Paladozza sports complex and just a 5-minute walk from the 11 September park which offers wonderful shows with music in summer. Furthermore, just a 1-minute walk away you can find the Sala Cervi cinema which offers a program of films in the original language. A few steps away is Piazzetta Pasolini, home of the film library which offers a local farmers' market every Saturday in winter and Monday in summer. If you wish to go shopping, a 1-minute walk from the property is Via Marconi which offers clothing shops, bars, groceries and much more. As for gastronomy, at the herb market it is possible to find restaurants and food stalls with Bolognese specialties.
All the points of interest in the historic center can be easily reached on foot, as are the essential services: bars, pharmacy and minimarket are in fact within 300 metres.

Getting around
- FROM BOLOGNA CENTRAL STATION: you can reach the apartment comfortably on foot in 15 minutes. Alternatively, with bus line 21, final stop "Piazza dei Martiri", 220 meters from the accommodation.

- FROM BOLOGNA AIRPORT: it is possible to reach the apartment with the Marconi Express service from the airport to the Central Station, from which continue with bus line 30, final stop "Piazza dei Martiri", 220 meters from the accommodation.

- IF YOU TRAVEL BY CAR, we recommend leaving your car at the garage in Via Riva di Reno 75/2, just 210 meters from the accommodation.


ATTENTION: The accommodation is located in a Restricted Traffic Zone (ZTL in Italian) active from 8am to 8pm every day and access is ONLY permitted with a paid daily ticket.
