Comfortable studio apartment that can comfortably accommodate up to 2 people. The accommodation is located in the quiet Parella district, a very green and well-served area: the MM Pozzo Strada stop is just 350m away and allows you to quickly reach the central Piazza Statuto and Porta Nuova. In 10 minutes on foot you can also reach the Tesoriera Park and the Pellerina Park. Possibility of free parking on the street (not guaranteed).
The space
The 28m2 accommodation is located on the mezzanine floor of a building (we point out the presence of stairs at the entrance) and is composed as follows:

KITCHENETTE equipped with induction hob, fridge, freezer, toaster, electric kettle, combined microwave oven, moka and kitchen utensils.
DINING AREA with table and chairs
SLEEPING AREA consists of a double bed and a bridge wardrobe
BATHROOM is equipped with toilet, bidet and whirpool shower.
CLOSET that can be used to set a bike

Additional services available to guests: TV, UNLIMITED WIFI, central heating , washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.

Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).

The apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay.

Switching on and off heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

The apartment is located in the green and peaceful Parella district, a well-served area where you can easily find all the services and comforts you'll need during your stay. A 5-minute walk will take you to the Pozzo Strada metro stop, and a few meters from the flat there is the bus stop line 65. In 10 minutes on foot you will arrive the park of the homonymous Villa La Tesoriera, so known as the abbreviation of Villa Sartirana called La Tesoriera, an eighteenth-century baroque villa in Turin that stands in the homonymous neighborhood. Inside the park it is possible to admire the largest tree in Turin city, a plane tree with a trunk circumference of 660 cm.

Turin is a city rich in history, artistic and architectural beauty. There are numerous museums, churches and attractions to visit. Even just wandering around the city, and the historic center in particular, it is pleasant: the arcades, streets, buildings and large squares show a city of royal style. Not to be missed: the Mole Antonelliana and the Cinema Museum, the Egyptian Museum, the Valentino park and the Medieval Village and Piazza San Carlo.

How to get to the apartment:

- From the Turin Porta Nuova and Turin Porta Susa stations it is possible to easily reach the apartment thanks to the underground, with the final stop at Pozzo Strada, 350 meters from the accommodation.

- From Caselle Airport: you can take the shuttle that leaves every 20 minutes from the airport and reaches Porta Nuova Station or take a taxi

- If you travel by car there is the possibility of finding free street parking on white lines (NOT guaranteed). Alternatively, it is possible to park (for a fee) at the Rosario garage in via Gaglianico, a 7-minute walk from the property.
