The 58 sqm apartment, with independent entrance, is located on the mezzanine floor (two steps) of a building without elevator and is composed as follows:
- Kitchenette equipped with induction hob, fridge, freezer, moka, wood oven and traditional oven;
- Living area with dining table, sofa and smart TV
- Bedroom with queen bed, wardrobe and split AC
- Toilet with access from the room, equipped with wc, bidet and shower box (1 step to access it).
Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).

ATTENTION: The historic center of Monopoli is located within the limited traffic area so the apartment can be reached by car only at certain times of the day and parking is limited. From June to September the historic center can be reached by using the 3 Park & ​​ride areas at a cost of 1 euro or by using the bus that leaves from the station for the center.

N.B.: the keys to the front door are located inside a safe that opens with a code, which will be provided at check-in.

The apartment is located less than 5 minutes walk from all the attractions of the city. In particular, just 200 meters from the property there is Piazza Garibaldi, full of restaurants, ice cream parlors and pubs, where the liveliness of colors, sounds and scents dominates. Furthermore, at 300 meters there is the sixteenth-century Castle of Charles V, dating back to the Spanish domination of the city. The historic center of Monopoli stands out for its ancient port and a free beach. In recent years a series of restaurants and bars have been populating the monumental streets and squares, making this splendid town an unmissable destination in Puglia and Southern Italy.

- From Bari Airport, in addition to the taxi/car (61 km), it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the shuttle from the Airport to Bari Centrale Station, and from there by taking the regional train to Monopoli Station, at 16 minutes walk from the property.

- If you are traveling by car:
The historic center of Monopoli is located within a traffic-restricted zone, so the property can be reached by car only at certain times of the day and parking is limited. It is preferable to leave the car in via Procaccia, Porta vecchia area and continue on foot for 5/10 mins.
For the parking in the area, it is possible to pay up to a maximum of € 4.00 per day in the period from 1 October to 31 May (from 8.30 to 13.30 and from 16.30 to 20.30 and only on weekdays) and a maximum of € 8.00 in the period from 1st June to 30th September (from 8.30 to 13.30 and from 17.00 to 24.00 including holidays).
