Functional and spacious apartment for 4 people, well equipped, with outdoor spaces and sea view. We are in the heart of the old village, in one of the most beautiful, suggestive and quiet corners of old Monterosso. The view of the sea and the coast of the 5 Terre is unique. You will feel at home and at the same time part of the typical village lifestyle!
The space
The accommodation of about 70 square meters is located on the fourth floor of a building NOT equipped with a lift (not suitable for disabled people) and is internally organized as follows:

LIVING AREA equipped with a relaxation corner and the dining area;
OPEN KITCHEN with a hob, fridge, kettle, moka and various kitchen utensils;
BEDROOM I equipped with a double bed and wardrobe;
BEDROOM II with 2 single beds;
BATHROOM with shower, sink and toilet;
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: TV, wifi, iron and ironing board, clothes horse and hairdryer.
Guest access
The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.
Other things to note
7 days before arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents through our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Monterosso, equal to EUR 2 per night per person for the first 3 nights.
This procedure is used to verify your data and documents and to send the information to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is the Italian procedure for accommodating guests in Italy.

Turning on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 20°C

N.B. completing the registration and paying the Tourist Tax is MANDATORY in order to receive the instructions and access the apartment
