Apartment located on the thirteenth floor of a skyscraper, with twenty-seven floors in total, equipped with a lift. To access it you need to climb 3 steps, there is also a platform for disabled people.
The skyscraper is located in the prestigious residential district of Marina Centro located between the historic center and the most touristy seaside area.
In 105 m2 of space it comfortably accommodates 4 people with a double bedroom.

Possibility of paid parking on blue lines on the street.

The internal space is divided as follows:

ATRIUM: double sofa bed.
LIVING ROOM: living room with sofa, 40" TV, dining table.
KITCHEN: four gas burners, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, electric kettle, traditional oven and microwave oven, wine glasses and various kitchen utensils.
BEDROOM: double bed, two bedside tables with lamps, wardrobe.
BATHROOM: bathtub with shower, bidet, toilet, hairdryer, washing machine and sink.

OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: two portable fans, unlimited wifi, iron and ironing board, clothesline.

Centralized warming.

Concierge with 24 hour surveillance.

The apartment is for an exclusive use of our Guests. The price includes clean bed linen and towels for each guest, for a truly comfortable stay.
Other things to note
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Rimini Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from October 22th to April 7th


A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:
- between 21.30 and 23.00: euro 25;
- between 23.00 and 24.00: euro 30;
- after 24.00: euro 40.

All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

- RIMINI AIRPORT: 30 minutes away, taking bus no. 9 to the Giovanni XXIII stop.

- IF YOU ARRIVE BY CAR: possibility of paying parking on blue lines on the street. In autumn and winter there is the possibility of free parking on the street (the exact dates will be communicated by our operations team on site).
