The apartment is located in the Navigli district, along the Naviglio Pavese. The area offers all the essential services, such as restaurants, bars, pharmacies and groceries.
The property consists of two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and three balconies.

- BEDROOM I with double bed, built-in wardrobe, split A/C and access to the balcony I;

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

For check in after 9.30 PM and until 11 PM a supplement of 25 euros is required. We are unable to check in after 11 PM.
