Nina Home: Your Comfort in the Heart of Bari

Lovely apartment for 4 people, located just 200 meters from the sea. The accommodation boasts every comfort e a palette of warm colors that create a welcoming and cheerful environment. Ideal location: just 5 minutes walk from Corso Vittorio Emanuele, 6 minutes drive from the port of Bari, close to Piazza Garibaldi, the Castle and Bari Vecchia, it is perfect for easily exploring the city and all points of interest.

The 51 m2 accommodation is located on the third and last floor of a condominium building with lift and is divided into two levels: please note the presence of internal stairs to access the upper floor.

The space is made up as follows:

- Kitchenette equipped with induction hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric kettle and traditional oven
- Dining area with dining table and cupboards
- Living area with double sofa bed, split A/C and TV
- Toilet with wc, bidet and shower box
- Small balcony.

*** Higher level ***
- Bedroom with double bed and split A/C

Additional services available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, split heating, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).

In this structure check-in is carried out in automated access mode. Further information will be provided at the time of booking.
We inform you that assistance for any problems related to check-in with automated access is available (remotely) until 9.30 pm.

7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax due to the Municipality of Bari equal to €2 per person per night, for the first 4 nights.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Bari is a city that captures not only the eyes of travellers, but also the palate, with its street food and typical Apulian dishes: from "sgagliozze" to fried panzerotto, from raw fish (mussels, oysters, octopus) to broad beans, from Bari-style raw ham to orecchiette with turnip greens. It is a city that over the years has made the historic center a place of urban gathering for young people and adults, thanks to the presence of trendy and sought-after clubs, but not only that, as it also offers many attractions to culture-loving tourists. There are many events and shows such as the San Nicola Fair in May, and above all the Fiera del Levante, an international trade fair, which takes place in September. The Fair aims to encourage exchanges between East and West, of which Bari is traditionally the most available meeting point.
The apartment is located in a strategic position to reach the many points of interest in the city. In the immediate vicinity or you can find bars, supermarkets, pizzerias, bakeries, fish market, grocery and housewares shops. Very central location, a few steps from the historic center and the "Murattiana" area, near the city and airport bus stops (number 16) and the taxi station.

- FROM KAROL WOYTILA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT: you can reach the apartment by taking bus line 16 to the "Crispi-Garibaldi" stop, 250 meters from the accommodation.

- FROM BARI CENTRALE STATION: the apartment can be reached by bus line 06 to the "Garibaldi-V.Emanuele" stop, 280 meters from the accommodation.

- FROM KAROL WOYTILA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT: you can reach the apartment by taking bus line 16 to the "Crispi-Garibaldi" stop, 250 meters from the accommodation.

- FROM BARI CENTRALE STATION: the apartment can be reached by bus line 06 to the "Garibaldi-V.Emanuele" stop, 280 meters from the accommodation.

- IF YOU TRAVEL BY CAR: the accommodation is located outside the restricted traffic zone and can be reached by car. It is possible to park for a fee at the Saba Porto car park, in Corso Vittorio Veneto 5, a 3-minute walk from the accommodation.
