The accommodation is in a residential area of ​​the city, with a Conad supermarket close to home, as well as bars and bakeries.
Paid parking on blue lines, unattended and not guaranteed (free after 1pm, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).

The internal space is organized as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, smart TV, clothes rack and wardrobe;
- KITCHENETTE with induction hob, dining table and chairs, microwave oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, moka pot, coffee machine, various kitchen utensils and wine glasses;
- BEDROOM with double bed and clothes hangers;
- FULL BATHROOM with sink, bidet, raised shower cubicle and WC.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited WIFI, first aid kit, vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, 2 hot and cold splits A/C with heat pump, iron and ironing board, drying rack. The washing machine is present and is located in a small open space laundry room on the entrance floor, near the stairs

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Milano Climatic Zone E: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th.

This flat has an Automated Smartlock door system, the instructions to access the apartment will be sent automatically only after completing the registration, 7 days before the arrival date.

- From Milan Malpensa Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking the Malpensa Express train to Milan Cadorna Station, from where you can take the M1 metro to the "Pasteur" stop, a 7-minute walk from the property;

- From Central Station, you can reach the apartment by taking the N°1 tram from the "Via Settembrini" stop to the "Via Venini-Via Battaglia" stop, a 4-minute walk from the property;

- It is possible to reach the accommodation by car, but parking in the area surrounding the property is paid (blue lines), is not guaranteed and is not guarded.
