Very central apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people, furnished with taste and attention to detail. Equipped with all modern comforts such as WIFI and A/C, it has two elegant and functional bathrooms, which add an additional level of comfort. Located in a lively pedestrian area in the heart of Bari and surrounded by a rich variety of shops and clubs, the accommodation is perfect for those who want to immerse themselves in city life and visit all the points of interest comfortably on foot.

The 95m2 accommodation is located on the second floor of a building NOT equipped with a lift: ATTENTION, you need to climb the stairs to access it (about 40 steps).

The internal space is composed as follows:
- Kitchenette equipped with induction hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric kettle, traditional oven, electric oven and microwave;
- Living area with dining table, double sofa bed, TV and split A/C
- Living room with sofa, desk and split A/C
- Bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, TV, split A/C and internal bathroom equipped with wc, bidet and bathtub with shower wall.
- Second bathroom equipped with wc, bidet and shower cubicle.

Additional services available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI with fiber, split heating, camping cot and high chair for children, mosquito nets, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:
- The street is pedestrian, therefore the accommodation cannot be reached by car: you must leave the car for a fee in the surrounding streets or in the paid garages.
- The keys to the front door are located inside a safe that opens with a code, which will be provided at check-in.
- There is an internal step to reach the window in the bedroom.

7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax due to the Municipality of Bari equal to €2 per person per night, for the first 4 nights.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Bari is a city that captures not only the eyes of travellers, but also the palate, with its street food and typical Apulian dishes: from "sgagliozze" to fried panzerotto, from raw fish (mussels, oysters, octopus) to broad beans, from Bari-style raw ham to orecchiette with turnip tops. It is a city that over the years has made the historic center a place of urban gathering for young people and adults, thanks to the presence of trendy and sought-after clubs, but not only that, as it also offers many attractions to culture-loving tourists. There are many events and shows such as the San Nicola Fair in May, and above all the Fiera del Levante, an international trade fair, which takes place in September. The Fair aims to encourage exchanges between East and West, of which Bari is traditionally the most available meeting point.
The apartment enjoys a very central location, surrounded by historic buildings: in a few minutes on foot you can reach Via Sparano, the shopping street, the historic center and the Lungomare, to enjoy wonderful walks. The University of Bari and the Central Station are just 10 minutes away on foot. All the services needed for a comfortable stay are within walking distance: supermarkets, bars, pharmacies are in fact within 200 metres.

- FROM KAROL WOYTILA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT: you can reach the apartment by taking the FR2 train to Bari Centrale station, a 10-minute walk from the accommodation.

- FROM BARI CENTRAL STATION: the apartment is easily reachable in 10 minutes on foot.

- IF YOU TRAVEL BY CAR: ATTENTION The accommodation is located in a pedestrian area and cannot be reached by car. You must park in the surrounding streets for a fee on blue lines. Alternatively, it is possible to leave the car at the Jolly Garage, in via Gimma 53, a few meters from the accommodation.
