The apartment is in a strategic position, just 4 minutes walk from the train station and 11 minutes walk from the Scrovegli Chapel, where you can admire Giotto's frescoes, a stone's throw from the historic center. You can easily visit the main attractions offered by the Urbs Picta, enjoying a few stops in the characteristic bars of the squares.

The internal space is composed as follows:

- SLEEPING AREA with with double bed with memory mattress with 5 cm high topper, wardrobe and desk;
- LIVING AREA with kitchenette (with essential utensils, wine glasses, two burner induction hob, microwave oven, fridge with freezer, electric kettle), dining table, TV and split A/C;
- BATHROOM with toilet, shower cubicle, bidet, sink, washing machine.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, split air conditioning with heat pump, central heating, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, clothes horse.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

The keys will be collected at our CLEANBNB office in Piazza Alcide de Gasperi 33, Scala D, 5th floor from 15.00 to 21.00.

The office is located 4 minutes walk from the apartment and can be reached from Padua Station in a few minutes on foot. If you are traveling by car, there is a large car park in Piazza Alcide de Gasperi, minimum time 20 minutes at 60 cents

It will be possible to enter the room starting from 15:00

For check-in from 21:00 to 00:00 upon request, to be carried out at the room, a supplement will be applied, to be paid in cash upon arrival:

It is not possible to check-in after 00:00, not even for a fee.
