Large apartment of 90 sqm located on the first floor (stairs to access), can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people.
The accommodation is located in a modern condominium in the wonderful resort of Palau with communal pool, ideal to enjoy a relaxing stay!

The accommodation consists of two bedrooms, living room with kitchenette, two bathrooms and terrace furnished with table and chairs.

The interior space is composed as follows:
- BEDROOM 1 with double bed, wardrobe, split A/C, bathroom (1), access to the balcony;
- BEDROOM 2 with two single beds, wardrobe, split A/C, access to the
balcony;
- LIVING ROOM with sofa, "60 inch" TV, table with chairs, split A/C, access to the terrace;
- KITCHENETTE with gas hob, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, oven and microwave, toaster, various kitchen utensils, wine glasses, access to the balcony;
- BATHROOM 1 with shower, bidet and toilet;
- BATHROOM 2 with shower, bidet and toilet;
- TERRACE with table and chairs;
- BALCONY.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited WIFI, washing machine, heating provided by split A/ C, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer.

SWIMMING POOL TIME:
- Opening from 1/6 to 10/10 - no lifeguard
- Hours: from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.

7 days before arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents through our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax (equal to EUR 2 per person per night, for the first 15 consecutive nights, as required by the municipality of Palau. Exempt children under 14 years).
This procedure is used to verify your data and documents and to send information to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is the Italian procedure for lodging guests in Italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26 ºC for all types of buildings.
Winter: The weighted average air temperature should not exceed 19 ºC. The ignition period and the daily ignition time depend on the climatic zone defined by the legislation.
Olbia Climatic Zone C: 9 hours daily from 22 November to 23 March.

N.B. complete the registration and pay the Tourist Tax is REQUIRED to receive the instructions and access the apartment.

In case of not agreed use of extra linen, € 20 will be charged for each used linen kit.

- Isolotto beach: 19 minutes on foot;

The area is served by all the main services: bars, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacy.

- From Olbia Costa Smeralda airport the easiest and fastest way to reach the apartment is by taxi, 44 minutes from Olbia airport. Alternatively, you can rent a car.
The use of the car is essential to spend your stay at our property.
