The inside is organized as follows:
-> LOWER LEVEL:
- LIVING ROOM with entrance, double sofa bed and stairs to access the upper level;

-> UPPER LEVEL:
- KITCHEN/LIVING with induction hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, microwave oven, toaster, wine glasses, kitchenware, dining table and 32-inch TV;
- BEDROOM with double bed;
- BATHROOM with shower (raised), sink, bidet and toilet.

-> SHARED SWIMMING POOL.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: wifi, air conditioning with heat pumps (split in the bedroom and in the kitchen), washing machine (in the kitchen), iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer.
Baby cot available.

ATTENTION: there are internal stairs to reach the upper level which could be dangerous if traveling with children.

PLEASE NOTE: the swimming pool is open from 1st June to 30th September, in the following time slots: 10:00-14:00 / 16:00-19:00. Compliance with the regulations on site is mandatory.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Palermo Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.

For all late check-ins from 21:30 to 01:30, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
EUR 15 between 21:30 and 23:00
EUR 20 between 23:00 and 00:00
EUR 30 between 00:00 and 01:30
Late check-ins are not available after 01:30.

The city tax has to be paid in cash upon check-in: €2,00 per person per night of stay.

The property is located in a quiet area full of services (bars, supermarket and restaurants). The Buccheri La Ferla Hospital is a one-minute walk from the accommodation. In about 10 minutes by bus it is possible to reach the Central Station, the hub for the main public transport to reach all the attractions of the centre, including the Cathedral, Palazzo Reale, Piazza Pretoria, Via Roma and the historic popular markets of Ballarò, del Capo and of Vucciria where the Palermo nightlife is more lively and intense

- Pizzeria Il Braciere: 3 minutes on foot (220 meters);
- Bar Splendore: 5 minutes on foot (450 meters);
- Todis supermarket: 9 minutes on foot (800 metres).

- From Palermo Airport, it is possible to use the Prestia and Comandè bus lines, which arrive at the Central Station.

- From Palermo Central Station, it is possible to reach the apartment by bus n. 224 to "Messina Marine-Buccheri La Ferla" stop, a 1-minute walk from the accommodation.

- For those traveling by car, it is possible to park for a fee 150 meters from the accommodation (blue lines).
