Cozy apartment of about 55 sqm, for up to 4 people, located on the fifth floor (lift to the fourth floor). The property is located in the heart of the historic center (Traffic-Restricted Area) of Palermo, a stone's throw from Piazza Pretoria and the "Quattro Canti".
The accommodation consists of a living room with a kitchenette, two bedrooms, bathroom, balcony and panoramic terrace on the upper level.

The space is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (gas hob, fridge, freezer, moka, electric oven, microwave oven, wine glasses and kitchenware), dining table, 32-inch flat-screen TV, sofa and access to the balcony ;
- BEDROOM I with double bed and wardrobe;
- BEDROOM II with double bed and wardrobe;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and toilet;
- TERRACE (on the upper level) with outdoor sofas and armchairs.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning (split in the living room and in the two bedrooms), independent heating, washing machine (on the balcony), iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer.

PLEASE NOTE: the apartment is located on the 5th floor of a building with a lift. The elevator reaches the 4th floor; there is then a flight of stairs to reach the accommodation.

PLEASE NOTE: there is an external spiral staircase on the balcony to access the terrace on the top level; please take special care if you are traveling with children.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Palermo Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.

For all late check-ins from 21:30 to 01:30, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:

EUR 30 between 00:00 and 01:30
Late check-ins are not available after 01:30.

The apartment is located in the centre of Palermo, in the heart of the Arab-Norman route declared a world heritage site by UNESCO. From the apartment it is possible to reach all the main points of interest while admiring the historical-artistic soul of the city. On foot it is possible to reach Piazza Pretoria, the Teatro Massimo, the Cathedral, the Martorana and San Cataldo and the famous historical markets of Ballarò, Capo and Vucciria, testimony to the various cultures that have followed one another in Palermo.

- From Palermo Central Station, it is possible reach the apartment comfortably on foot in about 15 minutes. Alternatively, it is possible to reach the accommodation by bus n. 101, 102 or 124 to the “Roma - Vucciria” stop, a 5-minute walk from the property.

- For those traveling by car, please pay attention, the property is located within the restricted traffic zone (ZTL in Italian). It is possible to park for a fee at the Venezia car park, a 4-minute walk from the property.
