Modern 75 sqm apartment, able to accommodate up to 6 people, on the third floor of a period building equipped with a lift (6 steps to access the lift and 15 steps to access the building). The property is located in a strategic area, 500 meters from the historic Capo Market and 600 meters from the Teatro Massimo.
The accommodation consists of a living room, a kitchen with dining area, two bedrooms and a bathroom.

The inside is organized as follows:
- KITCHEN with gas hob (4 burners), fridge, freezer, moka coffee maker, oven, dishwasher, kettle, wine glasses, kitchenware and dining area;
- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed and 32-inch TV;
- BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers;
- BEDROOM II with single bed, single sofa bed (pouf) and clothes hanger;
- BATHROOM with shower cubicle (raised), sink, bidet and WC.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi (fibre), air conditioning (split in the dining area and in the bedrooms), independent heating, washing machine, insect screens, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, and drying rack.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

We are very flexible and are happy to organize early check-ins/late check-outs when there are no other guests entering or leaving the apartment on that same day. All requests will be confirmed a couple of days before your arrival.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Palermo Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.

For all late check-ins from 21:30 to 01:30, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
EUR 15 between 21:30 and 23:00
EUR 20 between 23:00 and 00:00
EUR 30 between 00:00 and 01:30
Late check-ins are not available after 01:30.

The apartment is located in a central area of ​​Palermo, characterized by all the main services (bars, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies) and a short distance from the historic Capo Market. The main attractions of the historic city center can be reached both on foot and using public transport. Palermo Lolli station is only a 6-minute walk away.

- Despar (supermarket): 2 minutes on foot (190 m).

- From Palermo airport, it is possible to reach Palermo Lolli Station by train, a 6-minute walk from the property. Alternatively, it is possible to use the transfer service (see below).

- From Palermo Central Station, it is possible to reach the apartment by train to Lolli Station (trains every 30 minutes), a 6-minute walk from the property, or by bus with stops near the property.

- For those traveling by car, it is possible to park for a fee at the parking lots in Via Brunetto Latini 26, a few steps from the apartment (NOT guaranteed and NOT bookable).
