Cozy and bright 70 sqm apartment, able to accommodate 4 people, located on the 2nd floor of a renovated building with lift (NOT suitable for disabled people). The property is located in a strategic position, just a few minutes on foot from several points of interest, including Orleans Park, the Norman Palace and the Cathedral.
The accommodation consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom.

The inside is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (induction hob, dining table, fridge with freezer, Lavazza coffee machine, dishwasher, electric oven, wine glasses, kitchenware), double sofa bed and 40-inch TV;
- BEDROOM with double bed, 40-inch TV, chest of drawers, wardrobe and desk;
- BATHROOM with shower (slightly raised), sink, bidet and toilet.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, cold/hot air conditioning (split in the bedroom and living room), washing machine (in the kitchen), soundproof windows, insect screens, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer.
Baby cot available.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

We are very flexible and are happy to organize early check-ins/late check-outs when there are no other guests entering or leaving the apartment on that same day. All requests will be confirmed a couple of days before your arrival.

All guests' IDs must be shown upon check-in, as required by Italian law.

For all late check-ins from 21:30 to 01:30, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
EUR 15 between 21:30 and 23:00
EUR 20 between 23:00 and 00:00
EUR 30 between 00:00 and 01:30
Late check-ins are not available after 01:30.

The apartment is located a short distance from the Norman Palace, also known as the Royal Palace, in a quiet area, characterized by all the main services (pharmacy, supermarket, bars and restaurants), outside the ZTL (Traffic-Restricted Area). With a walk and thanks to public transport (in Piazza Indipendenza it is possible to find the stop of many public transport lines), it is possible to easily reach the main points of interest of the city: the Cathedral of Palermo, the Palatine Chapel, the Zisa Castle, the Catacombs of the Capuchins, the Massimo Theater, the Martorana Church and the Pretoria Fountain. Walking through the center, it is possible to find characteristic restaurants, clubs and pastry shops where you can fully enjoy the culinary tradition characteristic of the city and the region ("Pasticceria Cappello", a historic place famous for its seven-veil cake, deserves particular mention). Palermo Palazzo Reale - Orleans Station is only 450 meters from the apartment.

- From Palermo Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment by train to "Palermo Palazzo Reale - Orleans" station, a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Alternatively, it is possible to use the transfer service (see below).

- From Palermo Central Station, it is possible to reach the apartment by bus 109 (the stop is a 3-minute walk from the property) or by train to "Palermo Palazzo Reale - Orleans" station, 5 minutes on foot from the apartment .

- For those travelling by car, it is possible to park (for a fee) at the Green Car garage, located in Via Quarto dei Mille 11 / B, a 10-minute walk from the property, open 24h per day.

The city tax must be paid in cash upon check-in: EUR 2.00 per person per night of stay.
