The inside is organized as follows:

- BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe and access to the balcony;
- BEDROOM II with single bed, desk, wardrobe and access to the balcony;
- BEDROOM III with single bed;
- BATHROOM with bathtub (raised), sink, bidet and toilet;
- THREE SMALL BALCONIES overlooking the street.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning with heat pump (split in bedroom I), ceiling fan (in the living room and in the two single bedrooms), washing machine, soundproof windows, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Palermo Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.

For all late check-ins from 21:30 to 01:30, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
EUR 15 between 21:30 and 23:00
EUR 20 between 23:00 and 00:00
EUR 30 between 00:00 and 01:30
Late check-ins are not available after 01:30.

The city tax must be paid in cash upon check-in: €2.00 per person per night of stay.

The apartment is located in the heart of the historic center of Palermo, in an area characterized by all the main services (bars, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies). In a few minutes on foot it is possible to reach some of the main points of interest in the city, such as Piazza Pretoria, the Royal Palace, the Cathedral, the Church of San Cataldo and Piazza dei Quattro Canti. The historic Ballarò market is only 280 meters from the property.

- Piazza Pretoria: 3 minutes on foot;
- Palermo Cathedral: 10 minutes on foot;

- Ponticello Taverna Gastronomica (restaurant): 1 minute on foot - 70 meters;
- Caffè Ateneo (bar): 1 minute on foot - 90 meters;
- Ballarò market: 3 minutes on foot - 280 meters;
- Lidl (supermarket): 5 minutes on foot - 400 meters.

- From Palermo airport, it is possible to reach the apartment with the Prestia and Comandè bus lines which arrive at the Central Station. Alternatively, it is possible to use the transfer service (see below).

- From Palermo Central Station, it is possible to reach the apartment by bus n. 101, 102, 124 with a stop a few minutes walk from the property. Alternatively, it is possible to reach the apartment on foot in about 10 minutes.

- For those traveling by car, it is possible to park (for a fee) in the Pagano car park, in Piazzetta del Parlatoio, 6, a 5-minute walk from the property. The apartment is in the Restricted Traffic Area.
