Elegant 115 sqm apartment, for 4 people, located in the historic center (Traffic-Restricted Area), facing the Vittorini seafront and from which it is possible to access the main tourist attractions of the city on foot.

The accommodation, inside a period building, is located on the second floor without a lift, and consists of entrance with study, living room, two bedrooms, kitchen and terrace overlooking the sea and city.

The space is organized as follows:
- ENTRANCE with desk, small bookcase and coat hanger;
- LIVING ROOM with sofa, bookcase and 47 inch smart TV;
- KITCHEN with 4 burner induction hob, fridge, freezer, moka, dishwasher, kettle, electric oven, kitchenware, wine glasses, table and chairs and access to the sea view terrace;
- TERRACE with table and chairs;
- BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe, split A/C and window with small balcony with internal view;
- BEDROOM II with two single beds, bookcase, open wardrobe, chair, split A/C and small balcony with sea view;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink and toilet with hydrobrush.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, heating and air conditioning via split (in the kitchen and bedrooms), hairdryer, washing machine with dryer, drying rack, clothes rack, iron and ironing board and hairdryer.

PLEASE NOTE: there is a step in the bathroom and a step to access the terrace.

The apartmet is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and to pay the tourist tax (4% of the cost of the stay up to a maximum of €5.00 per person per night of stay, up to a maximum of 7 nights).

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Syracuse Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.

Check-in will take place in online self check-in mode, completing registration is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions on how to collect the keys and access the apartment.
Keys can be collected free of charge via on-site keybox.
In case of problems, telephone assistance will be guaranteed until 10pm.

If you wish to receive the keys from a member of our staff in the apartment, it is possible, upon request with payment of a supplement equal to:
- From 15:00 to 21:00: EUR 15.00;
- From 21:00 to 23:00: EUR 25.00.

The apartment is located in the heart of the wonderful island of Ortigia, along the Levante seafront. In a few minutes on foot it is possible to reach all the main attractions. The accommodation is easily reachable without crossing the restricted traffic zone and with the possibility of paid parking (Parking Talete) near the apartment.
Walking through the streets of the island, it is possible to admire centuries of history, splendid buildings, lively trattorias and cafés, as well as other monuments such as the Maniace Castle, the Fonte Aretusa and the Piazza del Duomo, one of the most spectacular in all of Sicily.

Main points of interest:
- Temple of Apollo: 8 minutes on foot;
- Piazza Duomo/Temple of Athena: 8 minutes on foot;
- Fonte Aretusa: 11 minutes on foot;
- Maniace Castle: 16 minutes on foot.

- Don Camillo restaurant: 3 minutes on foot;
- Caffè d'Ortigia (bar): 8 minutes on foot;
- Coop (supermarket): 8 minutes on foot;
- Ancient Market of Ortigia: 10 minutes on foot.

The main towns of Sicily can be reached by Interbus coaches from the central station (via Rubino), where the shuttles to Catania-Fontanarossa airport also depart (approximately 1 hour journey).

- FROM CATANIA AIRPORT: it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the ALIBUS bus service that connects Catania airport to Catania Central Station, where it is possible to take the regional train to Syracuse station, 20 minutes on foot from the property.
Alternatively, it is possible to reach the apartment from the airport by taking Interbus bus, up to Syracuse Station.

- FROM SYRACUSE STATION: it is possible to reach the apartment on foot in less than 25 minutes or by taking the one of the internal buses.

- IF YOU ARE TRAVELING BY CAR: The nearest car park is 650 mt away from the apartment and is called “Talete”. It’s open 24/7, with convenient fares.
