Spacious 60sqm apartment on the second level on the third and last floor of a historic building without elevator, perfect for 2 people.
The property is located in the Trastevere area and you can park, for a fee, on the street (blue stripes) or at the Garage Ponte Sisto, 6 minutes walk away.
The ZTL is active from 6:30 to 10 am.

The apartment consists of a bedroom, living room with kitchenette, bathroom.

The interior space is composed as follows:

- BEDROOM with double bed (1.80 x 2 m), Fancoil AC;
- LIVING ROOM with large sofa, Smart TV, Fancoil AC;
- KITCHENETTE with gas hob (3 burners), table and chairs, fridge with freezer, moka, dishwasher, electric kettle, microwave, toaster, various kitchen utensils, wine glasses, Fancoil AC;
- BATHROOM with shower, bidet and wc;

PLEASE NOTE: The terrace is not accessible.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: WIFI Unlimited, iron and ironing board, clothes dryer, hairdryer, heating provided only by Fancoil A/C.

PLEASE NOTE: There are internal stairs to the accommodation.

A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:
- EUR 30 from 21:00 until 24:00;
- EUR 40 from 24:00 until 01.00;
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. After 01.00 we cannot organize the check-in.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Rome Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th.

The apartment is located in the center of Trastevere nightlife, the bohemian district of Rome where you can find trattorias and restaurants that maintain the cuisine of the Roman tradition. There are also cafès and pubs that fill up with young people in the evening, especially around Piazza Callisto and Piazza Santa Maria in Trastevere.
The location is strategic to visit the capital even on foot, immersing yourself in the true Roman spirit.

- If you are traveling by car,it is possible to park, for a fee (blue stripes), in the surrounding streets or at the Garage Ponte Sisto, a 5-minute walking from the property. The City Center Restricted Traffic Area is active from 6:30 AM to 10 AM.
