The interior space consists of two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, two bathrooms and balcony.

- BATHROOM 1 with shower, bidet, wc and washing machine;
- BATHROOM 2 with bath and wc;
- BALCONY in the bedroom (1).

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

For check-ins between 20:00 and 00:00 a supplement will be applied, to be paid in cash upon arrival, as follows:
EUR 20 from 20.00 to 21.00
EUR 25 from 21:00 to 22:00,
EUR 30 from 22.00 and 00:00.
It is not possible to check in after 00:00, even for a fee.
All late check-ins must be agreed and approved by the host.

Located along the Adriatic coast, near the mouth of the river Aterno, Pescara is one of the most famous cities in Abruzzo. It is rich in unmissable monuments, such as the Cathedral of San Cetteo where you can see the San Francesco del Guercino and the Romanesque Church of the Sacred Heart. The heart of the old town is the lively Piazza della Rinascita, the hub of city life and its main events, and the best starting point to discover Pescara and its major attractions. Finally, a must visit to Casa D'Annunzio, where the famous writer was born, and the Ponte del Mare, one of the main monuments-symbols of modern Pescara.
The accommodation is located in a strategic area: less than 1km from the central station, and a few steps from Piazza Salotto and the pedestrian area of the city. The wonderful promenade of Pescara is 900 metres (13 minutes' walk) from the accommodation. All the main services are within walking distance of the property.
