In 120 m2 of space it comfortably accommodates 4 people, with two double bedrooms and two complete bathrooms.

The bus terminus stop is a 2-minute walk away, in Piazza Zama, while the Re di Roma metro stop is 13 minutes away.
Tuscolana station is a 20-minute walk away.

- From Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci International Airport: Reach the apartment by taking the regional train directed to Rome Trastevere. From Rome Trastevere, the apartment is about 12 minutes on foot, crossing the lively streets of the neighborhood.

- From Rome Ciampino International Airport: Use the shuttle bus service to get to Rome Termini Station. From Termini, take the regional train to Rome Trastevere and then walk for approximately 12 minutes to the apartment.

- From Rome Termini Station: You can take the regional train to Rome Trastevere. Once you arrive in Trastevere, the apartment can be reached on foot in about 12 minutes.

- The apartment is located outside the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL), offering paid parking options along the street (blue lines) or at the Trastevere garage, located approximately 10 minutes walk from the apartment. This location makes the apartment easily accessible and convenient for exploring the rest of the city.

The apartment has a self check-in system, so you will be able to access it on by yourself with the personal link that we will provide a few days before your arrival.

Please note: completing the ID registration and online check-in porcess is MANDATORY in order to receive the instructions and access the apartment.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Roma (€6.00 per person per night of stay).
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C (with a -2 ° C tolerance) for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20 ° C (with + 2 ° of tolerance).
