FIRST FLOOR. Kitchenette complete with an induction hob, microwave oven, fridge and freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, wine glasses and various kitchen utensils.

BATH. Shower (with mobile curtain), toilet and sink.

LOFT. Double bed and chest of drawers. Portable AC (penguin).

OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE. Unlimited Wifi, clothesline.

NB.: there is a flight of stairs to access the bedroom.

Upon request (NOT for a fee): possibility of using the washing machine and iron.

Outdoor area complete with tables, deck chairs.

Check in can be done from 3.00pm to 8.00pm in person.

After 8.00 pm, the possibility of checking in will be agreed in advance.

In order to organize your check in in the best possible way, please communicate your arrival time to our Key Holder in advance.

The apartment cannot be reached by public transport.
It is strongly recommended to travel by car.
