The location is exceptional, just an 8-minute walk from Portisco Beach and a 7-minute walk from Portisco Marina, the starting point for exploring the beautiful islands of the Maddalena Archipelago and the Costa Smeralda. Portisco is home to intimate cafes, wonderful boutiques and exquisite cuisine.

The accommodation of 50 sqm is located on the first floor of a building without elevator (stairs to access).

The interior space is composed as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed (one pull-out), table with chairs, split A/C, patio;
- small KITCHENETTE with gas hob, mini bar, coffee maker, dishwasher, electric oven, various kitchen utensils, wine glasses;
- BATHROOM with shower, bidet and toilet, washing machine;
- PATIO with sea view

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: heating provided only via split A/C (living room), iron and ironing board, hairdryer, a fan.

The apartment is located in Portisco, an ideal destination on the threshold of the Costa Smeralda, well connected to the port and the airport of Olbia.
The town is mainly known for its picturesque and well-equipped port, the Marina di Portisco, which has been awarded the Blue Flag as a tourist destination since 2016, thanks to its clear water, environmental protection and quality of services. You will be surprised by the double color of the sea, turquoise near the shore and cobalt blue offshore. Portisco beach is equipped with every comfort and is the ideal place for diving and snorkeling.
The scenery is magnificent: to your left the cliff and the islet of Portisco, to your right, beyond the marina, the gulf of Cugnana and on the opposite end of the bay you will find Porto Rotondo.
From the port you can go by boat to discover beautiful emerald beaches, the islands of Mortorio and Soffi, with their coves and natural pools, and to the park of the Maddalena archipelago, 60 islands and islets with enchanted and protected beaches.
By land, however, along the provincial road 94 'panoramic', you can admire real jewels: starting from Rena Bianca, the color of the sand, here the cliffs frame the emerald sea, while the shore turns pink with small grains of quartzite. Continuing north, you will arrive at Liscia Ruja, the largest emerald beach, surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, followed by the bay of Cala di Volpe, one of the most famous destinations of the 'Costa'. Its landscape is fairytale: in front of myrtles and junipers, among granite emerging, opens the intense blue sea.
