Cozy apartment with a suggestive typical stone architecture, perfect for two people and equipped with the main comforts including WIFI and Air Conditioning. The flat is located in a perfect position, just 50m from the port and 200m from Cala Sant'Andrea, and in the center. We are in fact a short distance from all the points of interest that can be easily reached on foot, such as the Cathedral of San Corrado, the Villa Comunale and the Diocesan Museum. Molfetta station is a 15-minute walk away.

The 40 sqm apartment, with independent entrance, is located on the ground floor of a period building (there are two low steps at the entrance) and is composed as follows:
- Kitchenette equipped with two induction hobs, mini fridge with freezer, moka and cooking utensils;
- Living zone with dining table, single sofa bed, TV and split AC
- Bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and split AC
- Toilet equipped with wc, bidet and shower box.

Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI with fiber, heating with heat pump, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).

Molfetta is an enchanting town dating back to the 4th century BC, lying on the Adriatic coast a few kilometers from the cities of Trani, Barletta, Bari and Foggia. It boasts a wonderful historic center, with paths of art and history: to name a few, the medieval Cathedral, located on the edge of the ancient village and overlooking the port, considered the symbol of the city of Molfetta; the many churches, including that of San Pietro with its beautiful bell tower and the stupendous Cathedral of the Santissima Assunta; the countless historic buildings. Also not to be missed is a walk through the districts on the port, consisting of narrow alleys with suggestive views over the city and the sea, and a trip to the characteristic restaurants along the coast that offer dedicated routes and tastings of delicious local products.
The apartment is located in the center, on the edge of the ancient village, in a convenient position for a beach holiday and for visiting all points of interest on foot. In the immediate vicinity we also find all the essential services: bar, supermarket and pharmacy are in fact within 350 meters.

- FROM THE KAROL WOYTILA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT: it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the FR2 train to the BARI PALESE station, and from there take the regional train towards Barletta and get off at the Molfetta stop, a 15-minute walk from the accomodation.

- FROM MOLFETTA STATION: the apartment can be reached in 15 minutes on foot (1.2 km).

- IF YOU ARE TRAVELING BY CAR: the apartment is located outside the ZTL and can be reached by car. The nearby street parking is subject to a charge on blue lines. Alternatively, it is possible to park for a fee or for free (NOT guaranteed) at Molo S. Domenico, 200 meters from the accommodation.
