Charming apartment perfect for 4 people, located in an elegant historic building from 1900. All the rooms, furnished with furniture made by local artisans, have a small balcony, and the view over the internal and pedestrian street makes it very quiet despite the central location. Close to the lively streets of Spaccanapoli, the accommodation is also located a 14-minute walk from the central station and just 500 meters from the Duomo metro, for easy connections with other areas of the city.

The 80 sqm accommodation is located on the second floor of a building with a porter service (opening hours from 8.30am to 1.15pm and from 4pm to 7.30pm), equipped with a lift (cost 20 cents, free on weekends and holidays).

The internal space is made up as follows:
- Kitchen with snack table and stools, split A/C and kitchenette equipped with gas stove, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, moka, electric kettle, traditional oven and toaster
- Living room with dining table, sofa, 25" TV and split A/C
- Bedroom I with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and split A/C
- Bedroom II with two single beds, clothes rack, chest of drawers and split A/C
- Toilet with wc, bidet and shower cubicle.

Additional services available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI with fiber, split heating, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).

N.B.: the keys are located inside a safe that opens with a code, which will be provided at check-in.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (Presidential Decree 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: weighted average air temperatures must not exceed 19°C. The switching on period and the daily switching duration depend on the climate zone defined by the legislation.
Naples Climate Zone C: 9 hours daily from 22 November to 23 March.

Strategic position: just 14 minutes walk from the central station, and a short distance from the port and Spaccanapoli, the apartment is just 500 meters from the Duomo metro, with which to easily reach the attractions in the city's surroundings and the Circumvesuviana to Pompeii and Sorrento. Furthermore, in just 7 minutes on foot you can reach San Gregorio Armeno and the Decumani. Our accommodation is an excellent choice for couples and families who want to experience Neapolitan life in a location that allows easy travel and is very central, but at the same time quiet.

- From Naples Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment with the Alibus shuttle service to the "Garibaldi" station and from here on foot in approximately 12 minutes (850 metres).

- From Naples Central Station, you can reach the apartment on foot in about 14 minutes (900 metres) or with the L1 metro line to the Duomo stop, 500 meters from the accommodation.

- For those traveling by car, the apartment is located outside the restricted traffic zone and can be reached by car. Street parking is paid on blue lines or free (NOT guaranteed) on white lines. It is also possible to park for a fee at the Garage Luca Napoli, in Vico Palazzo Due Porte 16, 100 meters from the accommodation.
