Bright and quiet 100sqm apartment able to accommodate up to 5 people. Located on the 4th floor, with elevator (not suitable for disabled people), of a building just a few minutes from Piazza San Giovanni, the Scala Santa and the Metro stop, the apartment is the best solution to visit the main points of interest in the city comfortably on foot and by public transport. It is possible to park on the street for a fee (blue stripes)

-KITCHEN: 4-burner hob, fridge, oven, washing machine, microwave, Lavazza "a modo mio" coffee machine, kettle. Balcony access
-SMALL STUDIO: with desk and dedicated floor lamp
-BATHROOM: shower, sink, bidet and toilet
-SERVICE BATHROOM: sink and toilet

OTHER SERVICES: unlimited wifi, condominium heating, air conditioning, iron and ironing board, clothesline, hairdryer

PLEASE NOTE: the hot water is managed with a gas boiler.

The apartment is a 5-minute walk from Piazza San Giovanni in Laterano and San Lorenzo church, renowned for hosting the ancient "Scala Santa". The area is well connected by the MM San Giovanni and MM Manzoni metro stops

-From Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci International Airport it is possible to reach the apartment via Leonardo Express train to Roma Termini Station and here you can take the Metro to "San Giovanni" stop, 6 minutes away on foot

-From Rome Ciampino International Airport you can reach the apartment by the shuttle service to Rome Termini Station and here you can take the Metro to "San Giovanni" stop, 6-minute walk away

-From Rome Termini Station you can take the Metro Line to "San Giovanni" stop, 6 minutes away on foot

If you're travelling by car you can find paid street parking (blue stripes). The building is outside the City Center Restricted Traffic Area. Alternatively, you can park (for a fee) at Autorimessa President, 7 minutes away on foot

The apartment has a self check-in system, so you will be able to access it on by yourself with the personal link that we will provide a few days before your arrival.

In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active only until 11:30 pm.

Please note: completing the ID registration and online check-in porcess is MANDATORY in order to receive the instructions and access the apartment.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Rome Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th.
