This spacious 180sqm apartment with four bedrooms is able to accommodate up to 8 people. Located on the first floor (with elevator) of a restored period building, the apartment overlooks the private park of Villa Albani, one of the most beautiful and peaceful areas of the city, not far from Villa Borghese.
In the area there is the parking chance on the street for a fee (blue stripes). Alternatively you can park at the Tredicine Garage, 3-minute walk away from the apartment.
The inside is organized as follows:
-BEDROOM 1: double bed, wardrobe, desk, four chairs.
-BEDROOM 2: double bed, wardrobe, desk, armchair.
-BEDROOM 3: double bed, wardrobe, small desk, two armchairs, TV.
-BEDROOM 4: double bed, chest of drawers, clothes stand, desk, two chairs.
- LIVING ROOM: large sofa, TV.
- KITCHEN: 4-burner hob, fridge, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, kettle, moka, juicer, blender and dining table.
-BATH 1: shower, bidet, wc.
-BATH 2: washing machine. shower, bidet, wc.
FURTHER SERVICES: unlimited wifi, independent heating, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer.
The guests will have at disposal the entire apartment exclusively. The keys will be delivered at the moment of check-in by our staff, that will be glad to take care of your needs during the whole stay.
The apartment is located in one of the most beautiful areas in Rome, in front of Villa Albani Park and just a few minutes walk away from Villa Borghese.
The Villa, located just outside the walls, close to Porta Salaria, was built in the mid-18th century by Marchionni architect and was purchased by Cardinal Albani. It can be visited only by reservation, the villa looks like a vast architectural complex with an Italian garden and a private art gallery.
In few minutes on foot you can easily reach Villa Borghese, one of the most fascinating and well-known gardens in the city, which also houses the homonymous art gallery with masterpieces by Gian Lorenzo Bernini, Caravaggio, Raffaello, Tiziano and much more yet.
In half an hour, you can walk to Piazza di Spagna and then visit all the main points of interest in the historic center. From here you can easily reach Via Veneto, the famous "Dolce vita" street.
-From Leonardo da Vinci International Airport of Fiumicino you can reach the apartment as follows: Leonardo Express train to Roma Termini, where you can take line 92 to "Po / Simento" stop as final destination (200m away from the apartment).
-From G.B. Pastine di Roma Ciampino it is possible to reach the apartment as follows: SitBus shuttle bus service to Roma Termini station, where it is possible to take line 92 to "Po / Simento" stop as final destination (200m away from the apartment).

Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C (with a -2 ° C tolerance) for all types of buildings.
