The internal space is organized as follows:

- DINING AREA: dining table, sofa, and TV;
- KITCHEN with gas stove, refrigerator, oven, and kitchen utensils.

- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, sofa, and A/C split unit;
- BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe, and A/C split unit;
- BATHROOM I with shower, sink, bidet, and WC.

-> SECOND FLOOR
- BEDROOM II with double bed, wardrobe, TV, and A/C split unit;
- BEDROOM III with two single beds and A/C split unit;
- BATHROOM II with bathtub/shower, sink, bidet, and WC.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: UNLIMITED WIFI, heating with boiler, air conditioning (one split unit in the living room and one in each bedroom), washing machine, drying rack, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board.

PLEASE NOTE: the apartment is located in a pedestrian area and is only accessible on foot - there is a long staircase to reach the entrance. There is a step at the apartment entrance. The accommodation is structured on 3 levels connected by stairs - please be cautious if traveling with children. There is a step to access Bathroom I.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

We are very flexible and are happy to organize early check-ins/late check-outs when there are no other guests entering or leaving the apartment on that same day. All requests will be confirmed a couple of days before your arrival.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax (EUR 3 per person per night, for the first 10 nights only, as requested by the Municipality of Taormina).
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Taormina Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.

For all late check-ins from 20:30 to 00:00, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
EUR 25 from 20:30 to 22:30
EUR 35 from 22:30 to 00:00
Late check-ins are not available after 00:00

Taormina’s historic centre is closed to traffic, so you have to leave your car in one of the city's car parks. The nearest one to our apartment is "Lumbi parking", with reasonable weekly and monthly prices. Lumbi Parking offers a free shuttle bus service to the centre of Taormina. It runs:
- from Sunday to Friday from 7:00 am (first ride from the parking) to 0:50 am (last ride from Piazza San Pancrazio).
- on Saturday from 7.00 am (first ride from the parking) to 1:50 am (last ride from Piazza San Pancrazio).
The nearest stop to our apartment is only 250 metres away.

From Catania-Fontanarossa airport, it is possible to reach Taormina by:
- Bus of the Interbus company to Taormina.
- AMT Alibus to Catania station, where you can take the regional train to Taormina train station.
- Taxi from the airport (about 55 minutes).

From Taormina station, it is possible to reach the center with the buses of the Interbus company.
