San Giovanni Huge Apartment

Comfortable apartment located on the first floor of a building with a lift (NOT suitable for disabled people).
In 70 m2 of space it comfortably accommodates four people, with a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and two complete bathrooms.

The San Giovanni metro stop is 260 meters from the apartment.
It is possible to reach sites of cultural interest on foot, such as the Basilica of San Giovanni, the Scala Santa and Santa Croce.

The internal space is divided as follows:

LIVING AREA. Relaxation area with sofa, two armchairs and TV, portable fan. Desk. Dining area with table and kitchenette complete with five gas burners, fridge and freezer, traditional oven and microwave oven, dishwasher, electric kettle and coffee machine, toaster, wine glasses and various kitchen utensils.
BEDROOM 1. Double bed (1.60x1.90 m), two bedside tables with lamps and wardrobe. Desk. AC split.
BEDROOM 2. Two single beds (0.90x1.90 m), two bedside tables with lamps and wardrobe. Desk. AC split.
BATHROOM 1. Shower cubicle, bidet, toilet SANITRIT, sink and hairdryer.
BATHROOM 2. Shower cubicle, bidet, toilet, sink and hairdryer. Washing machine.

OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE. Unlimited Wifi, iron and ironing board, clothesline.

Independent heating with chronothermostat.

Balcony accessible from the kitchen.

A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:
- EUR 30 from 21:00 until 24:00;
- EUR 40 from 24:00 until 01.00;
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. After 01.00 we cannot organize the check-in.

Silence from 10PM to 8AM

-From Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci International Airport it is possible to reach Rome Termini Station by Leonardo Express shuttle service. From the train station you can take the MEA Anagnina underground line to "Re di Roma" stop, which is a 2 minute walk from the apartment.

-From Rome Ciampino International Airport it is possible to reach Cinecittà (Tuscolana/Cinecittà stop) by 520 bus line. From Cinecittà it is possible to take the MEA Battistini underground line to "Re di Roma" stop, which is a 2 minute walk from the apartment.

-From Rome Termini Station it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the MEA Anagnina underground line to "Re di Roma" stop, which is a 2 minute walk from the apartment.

If you're travelling by car, you can park, for a fee, on the street (NOT garanteed) or at Appio Parking, in via Faleria 24, a 6 minute walk away.

Please note: completing the ID registration and online check-in porcess is MANDATORY in order to receive the instructions and access the apartment.

You will be contacted a few days before arrival by our team, who, will provide more details about your check in.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Roma (€6.00 per person per night of stay).
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C (with a -2 ° C tolerance) for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20 ° C (with + 2 ° of tolerance).
