The apartment has a self check-in system, so you will be able to access it on by yourself with the personal link that we will provide a few days before your arrival.

Please note: completing the ID registration and online check-in porcess is MANDATORY in order to receive the instructions and access the apartment.

In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active only until 11:30 pm.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C (with a -2 ° C tolerance) for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20 ° C (with + 2 ° of tolerance).

The Nomentano District is a residential neighborhood located in the northeast of the city. The district pivots on Piazza Bologna, the commercial center of the district along with the side streets. Behind this square between Viale XXI Aprile and Via Nomentana lies the most desirable area with numerous late 19th-century early 20th-century buildings surrounded by greenery.
Just a stone's throw from La Sapienza University and the Policlinico Umberto I hospital complex, one of the best-known hospital sites in Rome.
A very lively neighborhood full of stores, clubs and restaurants, it is well connected to the historic center of Rome, served by the metro and numerous bus lines, including night buses.
It is also very close to Villa Torlonia with the House of the Owls, a splendid example of architecture with a fabulous park where you can spend peaceful hours with your children or simply to walk or run around.
