The accommodation is located on the first floor of a building with a lift and can host up to 4 people. The property rests in the picturesque Francavilla al Mare, famous for its crystal clear sea.
The apartment consists of two bedrooms, living room with kitchenette, two bathrooms and two covered balconies. Free parking on site.

The internal space is organized as follows:
- BEDROOM I with double bed, built-in wardrobe and EN-SUITE BATHROOM with shower box (raised), sink, bidet and WC;
- BEDROOM II with two single beds, chest of drawers, desk with chair and PC station (monitor, keyboard and mouse);
- LIVING ROOM with sofa, SMART TV 32" and dining table with chairs;
- KITCHENETTE with induction hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave oven, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, kitchenware and wine glasses;
- BATHROOM with shower box (raised), sink, bidet, WC and washing machine;
- BALCONY I (access from the living room) with dining table, chairs and two outdoor deckchairs;
- BALCONY II (access from the two bedrooms).

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited FIBER WIFI, independent heating with underfloor heat pump, ducted air conditioning in all rooms, mosquito nets, hairdryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board.

The garden is shared.

Free parking available. The parking lot is located inside the condominium fence not accessible to others.

Children's travel cot available on request upon payment of a surcharge.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Pescara Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th.

For check-ins between 20:00 and 00:00 a supplement will be applied, to be paid in cash upon arrival, as follows:
- EUR 20 from 20.00 to 21.00
- EUR 25 from 21:00 to 22:00,
- EUR 30 from 22.00 and 00:00.
It is not possible to check in after 00:00, even for a fee.
All late check-ins must be agreed and approved by the host.

- From Pescara Centrale station: you can reach the apartment by taking the bus from the "Pescara-Capolinea Piazzale Repubblica" stop to the "Francavilla-SS.16 towards south-C/da S.Giuseppe" stop, just a 5-minute walk from the property. Alternatively, you can rent a car (19 minutes).

- If you are traveling by car, you can park on site for free. Uncovered parking, also suitable for SUVs.
