Charming studio of 40 square meters can accommodate up to 4 people, located on the ground floor (2 steps to access) of a refined building recently renovated. The property is located in a quiet area in the medieval heart of Siena in the limited traffic zone (ZTL), a few steps from Piazza del Campo and the main attractions of the historic center. The accommodation overlooks the wonderful Market Square.

The open plan accommodation consists of a sleeping area, a kitchenette and a bathroom.

The accommodation of 40 sq m is located on the ground floor (2 steps to access).

The interior space is composed as follows:
- LIVING/SLEEPING AREA with double sofa bed, double bed, TV;
- KITCHENETTE with induction hob, table with chairs, fridge with freezer, moka coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, various cooking utensils, wine glasses;
- BATHROOM with shower and toilet;
- STORAGE ROOM with washer/dryer.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383/6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Siena Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th.

Self check-in will take place in this accomodation. It is MANDATORY to complete the registration in order to receive instructions to collect the keys and access the apartment.
The keys can be collected for free via smartlock on site.
