Silvia's Apartment with parking - 400m from sea

Spacious apartment recently renovated and able to comfortably accommodate up to 5 people, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and two balconies. The accommodation has a convenient parking space inside the condominium park. Located just 5 minutes walk from the sea, it is also just 10 minutes drive from the airport and 120 meters from the covered market where you can find fresh, local products every day. The center of Bari can be reached in half an hour by public transport or in 15 minutes by car.

The 100 m2 accommodation is located on the first floor of a building with a lift and is composed as follows:

- Eat-in kitchen with dining table and kitchenette equipped with gas stove, fridge, freezer, moka, electric kettle, microwave and traditional oven
- Living room with sofa bed (NO mattress) bed and smart TV
- Bedroom I with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, split A/C and internal bathroom equipped with wc, bidet and shower cubicle
- Bedroom II with single bed, open wardrobe and split A/C
- Bedroom III with single bed (folding bed), wardrobe, TV and split A/C
- Toilet II with wc, bidet and shower cubicle
- 2 balconies, one of which is equipped with a table and x2 chairs.

Uncovered parking space available inside the condominium gate, NOT SUITABLE FOR SUVs.

Additional services available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI with fiber, independent heating, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).

In this apartment check-in is carried out in automated access mode. Further information will be provided at the time of booking.
We inform you that assistance for any problems related to check-in with automated access is available (remotely) until 9.30 pm.

7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax due to the Municipality of Bari equal to €2 per person per night, for the first 4 nights.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Bari is the regional and provincial capital and extends along the shore of the Adriatic, in the central-northern part of the region, almost halfway along the Apulian coast. The culinary tradition of Bari is very vast and is also enriched by vegetables and the production of Apulian bread and homemade pasta. Meat dishes are mostly based on lamb and rabbit. As a seaside city, Bari is famous for its numerous fish dishes such as snapper with olives, sea bream alla San Nicola and anchovies arraganàte. Some local specialties are: tiella alla barese with potatoes and mussels, linguine with cuttlefish sauce and "cazzavùne", alla barese. Among the fine wines of Bari and the province we mention: Castel del Monte and Moscato di Trani.
Near the apartment (within 400 meters) you can find all the main services, including grocery stores, bars and pharmacy. A 5-minute walk away is also the seaside area and the first beach. The airport is just 10 minutes away by car, while the center of Bari and all points of interest can be easily reached by public transport in around 30/40 minutes.

- FROM KAROL WOYTILA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT: you can reach the apartment comfortably by taxi or rental car in 10 minutes; alternatively, taking bus no. 33 to the "Nazionale (ponte) I" stop and from here bus line 01 with the final stop "Napoli (autoclub)", a 5-minute walk from the accommodation.

- FROM BARI CENTRAL STATION:
it is possible to reach the apartment by bus line 53 to the final stop "S.Girolamo-Puccini" 150m from the accommodation.

- IF YOU TRAVEL BY CAR: the accommodation is located outside the restricted traffic zone and can be reached by car. The apartment has an uncovered parking space, inside the condominium gate, NOT suitable for SUVs. Street parking is free on white lines (NOT guaranteed).
