The internal space is organized as follows:

-> LOWER LEVEL
- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (with gas stove, refrigerator, moka pot, kettle, oven, kitchen utensils, and wine glasses), sofa, TV, dining table, A/C split unit, access to an outdoor area with table and to the garden.

-> UPPER LEVEL
- BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe, A/C split unit, and access to the balcony;
- BEDROOM II with two single beds (one is pull-out), wardrobe, A/C split unit, and access to the balcony;
- BEDROOM III with two single beds (one is pull-out), wardrobe, A/C split unit, and access to the balcony;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and WC;
- BALCONY with a small table and two chairs.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: heating and air conditioning provided by A/C split units (one in the living room and one in each bedroom), hairdryer, mosquito nets, drying rack, iron, and ironing board.

PLEASE NOTE: the building does not have an elevator - the accommodation is located on the basement and ground floors.
There are external stairs to reach the building.
The apartment is spread over two levels, connected by stairs - please be cautious if traveling with children.
The internal staircase to the upper level leads directly to Bedroom III.
External stairs to reach the private garden.
Heating is provided by A/C split units - one in the living room and one in each bedroom.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax (EUR 1 per person per night, for the first 3 nights only, as requested by the Municipality of Aci Castello. People under 14 are exempt).
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Catania Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.

Self check-in will take place in this accomodation. It is MANDATORY to complete the registration in order to receive instructions to collect the keys and access the apartment.
The keys can be collected for free via smartlock on site.
In case of problem, telephone assistance will be guaranteed until 00:30 (half past midnight).

For all late check-ins from 21:00 to 00:00, If you wish to collect the keys from a member of our staff, in the apartment, it is possible, upon request with payment of a supplement equal to:
From 21.00 to 23.00: EUR 25
From 23.00 to 00.00: EUR 30
Late check-ins are not available after midnight.

In case of incorrect waste disposal in compliance with the rules that will be explained to you at check-in, a penalty of € 150 will be charged.
