Elegant apartment furnished with taste, boasts a suggestive architecture with vaults and floor in chianca di Trani, comfortable for 6 people being equipped with all the comforts for a pleasant stay, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Convenient location: just 500 meters from Central Station and a 10-minute walk from the Polytechnic. The lively seafront, the beating heart of the city with its events, clubs and shops, and the center of Bari can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. Netflix included!

The 72 mq accommodation is located on the ground floor of a period building (note a step at the entrance) and is divided into two levels: pay attention to the staircase leading to the mezzanine if you are traveling with small children.

The internal space is composed as follows:

*** Ground floor ***
- Kitchenette equipped with induction hob, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, electric kettle, dishwasher, traditional oven and microwave;
- Living room equipped with dining table, double sofa bed, split A/C and 50" smart TV with Netflix (NO antenna);
- Bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and split A/C;
- Bathroom with wc, bidet and shower box

*** Mezzanine floor ***
- Bedroom with double bed, clothes stand, suitcase rack and split A/C;
- Toilet with wc with hand shower and sink

Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI with fiber, split heating, washing machine, dryer, mosquito nets, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).

ATTENTION: the area outside the entrance is under video surveillance for safety reasons.

7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax due to the Municipality of Bari equal to €2 per person per night, for the first 4 nights.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Please note that check-in after the specified time must be agreed directly with the structure and provide a supplement as follows:
- 21.30 - 23.00: €25.00
- 23.00 - 24.00: €30.00

Bari is a city that over the years has made the historic center a place of urban aggregation for young people and adults alike, thanks to the presence of trendy and sophisticated clubs as well as many attractions for tourists who love culture. There are many events and manifestations such as the San Nicola Fair in May, and, especially, the Levante Fair, an international exhibition, which takes place in September. The Fair aims at encouraging exchanges between the East and the West, of which Bari is traditionally the most important meeting point. It is also only a 20-minute walk from the historic center and the renowned “N'derr alla lanz”, the temple of raw Bari fish, and 5-minute walk from the Central Station of Bari. All the services needed for a comfortable stay are within walking distance: supermarkets, bars, pharmacies are in fact within 300 meters.

- FROM KAROL WOYTILA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT: it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the FR2 train to Bari Centrale station, 500 meters from the accommodation.

- FROM BARI CENTRALE STATION: the apartment is easily reachable in 5 minutes on foot.

- IF YOU TRAVEL BY CAR: the accommodation is located outside the ZTL and can be reached by car. Street parking is paid on blue lines. Alternatively, it is possible to park for a fee at the Garage Gea car park, in Via Trento 27, 150 meters from the accommodation.
