Cozy renovated studio apartment, perfect for 2 people, which offers a perfect combination of history and modern comfort. The ancient walls of 1400, visible inside the apartment, give a unique and authentic atmosphere. Located within the ZTL, near the birthplace of Pino Daniele, Spacca Napoli and the Federico II University, the accommodation enjoys a strategic position: just 400m from the metro Line 1 and 650m from Line 6, it allows you to easily reach all points of interest.

The 25m2 accommodation, with independent entrance from the street, is located on the ground floor of a period building (two low steps at the entrance to access) and is composed as follows:

- Kitchenette equipped with induction hob, mini fridge with small freezer compartment, moka pot, electric kettle, traditional oven and microwave
- Living area with dining table, sofa bed, split A/C and 43" TV
- Sleeping area with double bed and clothes rail
- Bathroom with wc, bidet and shower.

Additional services available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI with fiber, split heating, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW
- The accommodation is within the ZTL and is located in a pedestrian alley, therefore it is NOT reachable by car
- The keys to the entrance door are inside a safety deposit box that opens with a code, which will be provided upon check-in
- ATTENTION: yes reports the presence of an external camera at the entrance of the accommodation, for security reasons.

7 days before arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal. We use this procedure to verify your data and documents and to send the information to the "Alloggiati Web" police service which is the Italian procedure for accommodating guests in Italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (Presidential Decree 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: weighted average air temperatures must not exceed 19°C. The switching on period and the daily switching duration depend on the climate zone defined by the legislation.
Naples Climate Zone C: 9 hours daily from 22 November to 23 March.

Our Storico 31 Studio Apartment is very central: located in via Santa Maria la Nova (near the birthplace of the singer-songwriter musician Pino Daniele, an idol of Italian and Neapolitan music) it is the ideal choice for those who want to live an experience in the historic center of Naples, among nightclubs, typical gastronomy and historic churches, such as the Santa Maria la Nova museum complex where it is said the tomb of Prince Dracula is kept. Storico 31, being located in a pedestrian area full of night and day life, is particularly suitable for those who want to immerse themselves in the frenetic and lively life of the Neapolitan population. Its location also allows you to easily reach all the attractions of Naples with a splendid walk in the alleys or thanks to the nearby metro Line 1 and Line 2, reachable in 5 and 10 minutes on foot respectively. All the essential services are within easy reach: bars, pharmacies and grocery stores are in fact within 300 meters.

- From Naples Airport, you can reach the apartment with the Alibus shuttle service to the "Garibaldi" station and from there with the L1 metro to the "Università" stop, 400m from the property.

- From Naples Central Station, you can reach the apartment with the L1 metro to the "Università" stop, 400m from the property.

- For those traveling by car, the accommodation is located in a ZTL: pay attention to the accesses for which a permit is required. It is possible to park at the Super Garage - Parcheggio Napoli, in Via Shelley 11, 600 meters from the accommodation.
