Sunset Oasis: Monopoli Elegant Apartment with Pool

Cozy apartment that hosts 4people, located in the quiet countryside of Monopoli, in a villa surrounded by one hectare of centuries-old olive trees. The accommodation, with parking included, offers large open spaces, a patio with barbecue and a splendid swimming pool shared with the other guests of the structure, equipped with sun loungers and a hammock: everything for a relaxing stay. For larger groups, it is possible to book the nearby apartment "Sunset Heaven", for a total of 8 people.

The 70 m2 accommodation is located on the ground floor with an independent entrance and is composed as follows:

- KITCHENETTE equipped with two induction burners, fridge, freezer, moka, electric kettle and microwave
- LIVING AREA with sofa bed, dining table, split A/C and TV
- BEDROOM with double bed, single folding bed and wardrobe
- BATHROOM with wc, bidet and shower.

The exteriors, shared with the other guests of the villa, offer:
- PATIO for exclusive use, equipped with gazebo, barbecue, umbrella, table and chairs
- Shared POOL with sunbeds and hammocks, open from May to October, from 10.00 to 19.00
- Large private outdoor parking, inside the gate.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: UNLIMITED WIFI, split heating, outdoor shower, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).

ATTENTION: the external area is under video surveillance with six cameras for security reasons.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).

The villa is located in a quiet area in the countryside between Monopoli and Fasano, and is immersed in the greenery of the centuries-old olive trees typical of this area. However, it is located a short distance from both the city center and the splendid crystal-clear beaches, which can be reached by car in just 10 minutes. The historic center of Monopoli, reachable in 15 minutes by car, is a labyrinth of narrow streets that invite you to stroll and discover the city's hidden treasures, including baroque churches and historic buildings. The location allows you to comfortably visit the other unmissable places in Puglia, such as Fasano, Castellana Grotte and Alberobello, all within a few minutes' drive of the accommodation. Essential services such as a pharmacy, bars and groceries are less than 10 minutes away by car.

The ideal way to reach the accommodation is by car: we recommend renting one if you don't have one. The villa has a large outdoor car park inside the garden.
