In the heart of Porto Antico, on Via San Luca, a stunning 200 sqm historic apartment in a 18th-century building. With 6-meter-high ceilings and elegant spaces, it accommodates up to 7 guests. Located in a lively pedestrian area full of history, shops, and restaurants, just steps from the Aquarium and the historic center. Not accessible by car but well connected to public transport. A unique experience combining ancient charm with modern comfort.

The internal space is organized as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with sofa, armchairs, and TV;
- KITCHEN with gas stove, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, kitchen utensils, and dining table;
- BEDROOM I with a double bed and wardrobe;
- BEDROOM II with a double bed, a single bed (one pull-out), and a wardrobe;
- BEDROOM III with two single beds (one pull-out), a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers;
- BATHROOM I with shower, sink, bidet, and WC;
- BATHROOM II with bathtub, sink, bidet, and WC;
- SERVICE BATHROOM with washing machine, dryer, and WC;
- BALCONY I accessible from the living room;
- BALCONY II accessible from bedroom I;
- Balcony III accessible from bedroom III.

FURHTER AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited WiFi, central heating, three portable fans, hairdryer, drying rack, iron, and ironing board.
Availability of a folding bed for children.

PLEASE NOTE:
The building has no elevator – the apartment is on the first floor.
To access Bathroom II, you must climb a flight of stairs – caution if traveling with children.

NO A/C – three portable fans are provided.
Hot water in the kitchen and service bathroom is provided by a boiler – it may take time to recharge.
The apartment is located in a pedestrian area – it is not accessible by car.
The mezzanine in Bedroom III is NOT usable.

The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C

Just a short walk away, you will find some of the city's main attractions, including the Genoa Aquarium, one of the largest and most famous in Europe, the Porto Antico with its museums and restaurants, Palazzo Ducale, and the stunning Cathedral of San Lorenzo. - From Genoa Cristoforo Colombo Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment in about 45 minutes, taking bus n. 1 from the "Siffredi 3 / ALBARETO" stop (9 minutes walk from the airport) to the "Loading / aquarium" stop (19 stops), a 5 minute walk from the property.

- From Genova Principe Station, it is possible to reach the apartment in about 10 minutes by underground from the "Principe" stop (4 minutes walk from the station) to the "San Giorgio" stop (2 stops), a 2 minute walk from the house.

- If you are traveling by car, the apartment cannot be reached by car (pedestrian area): the closest paid parking is the "Park Porta Siberia" in Piazzale Porta del Molo, a 6-minute walk from the flat.
