Located in a lively pedestrian area full of history, shops, and restaurants, just steps from the Aquarium and the historic center. Not accessible by car but well connected to public transport. - KITCHEN with gas stove, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, kitchen utensils, and dining table;
- BEDROOM I with a double bed and wardrobe;
- BEDROOM II with a double bed, a single bed (one pull-out), and a wardrobe;
- BEDROOM III with two single beds (one pull-out), a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers;
- BATHROOM I with shower, sink, bidet, and WC;
- BATHROOM II with bathtub, sink, bidet, and WC;
- SERVICE BATHROOM with washing machine, dryer, and WC;
