The accommodation is located in San Martino, a quiet and peaceful neighborhood where you can enjoy your holidays in complete relaxation, just 450 meters from Lido Penelope a Mare and 2.5 km from Pescara central station.
The apartment is located in front of a pine forest beyond which the wonderful seafront extends!

The internal space
The 80 sqm apartment is located on the first floor of a semi-detached house WITHOUT a lift (stairs to access it).

ATTENTION. Please note the presence of an internal staircase (pay more attention if you are traveling with small children).

The space is organized as follows:

>LOWER LEVEL
- LIVING ROOM with kitchenette (gas hob, fridge, moka, dishwasher, kettle, oven, kitchen utensils and wine glasses), sofa, dining table, 45" TV and access to the balcony;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and toilet;
- BALCONY with awnings (accessible ONLY from the living room).

>UPPER LEVEL
- BEDROOM (attic) with double bed, wardrobe, armchair, cot, split A/C and access to the balcony;
- BATHROOM with bathtub, sink, bidet and toilet;
- BALCONY (accessible ONLY from the bedroom).

> EXTERIORS
- EXTERNAL COURT in common.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, independent heating, split air conditioning (ONLY in the attic bedroom), two portable fans, washing machine (on the upper level), hairdryer, clothesline, iron and ironing board.

ATTENTION. The lowest part in the attic bedroom has a height of 150-160 centimetres.

Other details to be noted
Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Pescara Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th

7 days before arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Pescara for the first 7 nights, equal to € 1.00 per person per night. Children under 12 and adults over 70 are exempt.
We need this procedure to verify your data and documents and to send the information to the "Alloggiati Web" police service, which is the Italian procedure for accommodating guests in Italy.

For check-ins between 20:00 and 00:00 a supplement will be applied, to be paid in cash upon arrival, as follows:
EUR 20 from 20.00 to 21.00
EUR 25 from 21:00 to 22:00,
EUR 30 from 22.00 and 00:00.
It is not possible to check in after 00:00, even for a fee.
All late check-ins must be agreed and approved by the host.

Description of the area
Located along the Adriatic coast, near the mouth of the Aterno river, Pescara is one of the most famous cities in Abruzzo. It is full of unmissable monuments, such as the Cathedral of San Cetteo where you can see Guercino's San Francesco and the Romanesque Church of the Sacred Heart. The heart of the historic center of Pescara is the lively Piazza della Rinascita, the hub of city life and its main events, and the best point from which to start to discover Pescara and its major attractions. Finally, a visit to Casa D'Annunzio, where the famous writer was born, and to the Ponte del Mare, among the main symbolic monuments of the most modern Pescara, is unmissable.
The accommodation is located in a quiet neighborhood, just 50 meters from the sea. The historic center is a 10-minute drive away. All essential services are within a short distance: bar, supermarket and pharmacy are located less than 600 meters from the property.

- From Abruzzo International Airport: you can reach the apartment comfortably by taxi in 14 minutes. Alternatively, you can rent a car directly from the airport.

- From Pescara Centrale station: you can reach the apartment by taxi in 6 minutes.

- If you travel by car, it is possible to park for free in the streets adjacent to the property (NOT guaranteed).
