Umbrian Oasis: Modern Apartment with Swimming Pool

Cozy apartment equipped with all comforts to accommodate up to 6 people, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The accommodation is located in a modern condominium complex with a shared swimming pool and enjoys a pleasant view of the shared garden. Semi-central and convenient location: in 20 minutes on foot or by bus you can reach the escalator in Piazza Italia and from here depart to explore the historic center of Perugia. Perugia Station is just a 10-minute walk away. Parking space included!

The 60m2 accommodation is located on the ground floor and has an independent entrance from the garden.

The internal space is made up as follows:
- KITCHENETTE equipped with induction hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, traditional oven, toaster and electric kettle
- LIVING AREA with double sofa bed, dining table and TV
- ROOM I with double bed, wardrobe and desk
- BEDROOM II with two single beds, wardrobe and desk
- BATHROOM I with toilet, bidet and shower cubicle
- BATHROOM II with toilet, bidet and shower cubicle.

Additional services available to guests: uncovered parking space in the garden, UNLIMITED WIFI, convector heaters for heating/air conditioning in all rooms. Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).

To be shared with the other guests of the structure, the following are available:
- Outdoor swimming pool open from May to September
- External laundry room equipped with washing machine, dryer, clothesline, iron and ironing board.

7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Completing the registration is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions and access the apartment.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

- From 21:00 - 23:00 - Euro 25,00
- From 23:00 - 24:00 - Euro 30,00
- From 24:00 - 01:30 - Euro 40,00.

In order to provide you a smooth process of check in, please advise your Key Holder in advance your approximate time of arrival.

Perugia is the capital of Umbria and a city famous for places of interest such as the Cathedral of San Lorenzo and the Fontana Maggiore (one of the most famous in Italy), the Palazzo dei Priori, the Sala Notari, the Galleria Nazionale and Rocca Paolina ( and its underground). Unmissable, if you are passing through this beautiful region, a visit to Assisi and the homonymous Basilica, the medieval town of Gubbio and the characteristic Todi, the town of Montefalco renowned for its vineyards and the city of Foligno (renowned for its its historical re-enactments and for the carousel of the Quintana).
The accommodation is located just 550 meters from the station and 15 minutes by bus from the historic centre. Essential services such as bars, supermarkets and chemists are within 200 metres.

- From Perugia airport it is possible to reach the apartment thanks to the AIRLK1 bus line to "Fontivegge" and from here with the P line bus with the final stop "Via Mario Angeloni" a 5-minute walk from the apartment (300 meters) .

- From Perugia train station you can easily reach the apartment on foot in 8 minutes.

- If you are traveling by car, the accommodation is located outside the restricted traffic zone and has an uncovered parking space in the common garden. Street parking nearby is free on white lines (NOT guaranteed).
