Urban Nest - Comfy Studio in the Heart of Bari

Comfortable studio apartment perfect for two people, furnished with personality and equipped with all comforts. The accommodation is located in a central position, a 5-minute walk from the University and the Quintino Sella Metro station with connection to the airport. The Central Station is also a 10-minute walk away, while the historic center can be reached in just 15 minutes on foot. The former tobacco factory, the CNR and the Covered Market of Via Nicolai are in the immediate vicinity.

The 22sqm accommodation is located on the second floor of a period building NOT equipped with a lift: ATTENTION, you need to climb the stairs to access it.

There are also three steps to go down at the entrance to the apartment + 1 internal step to access the living area + 1 step to enter the bathroom.

The internal space is made up as follows:
- Small kitchenette equipped with little induction hob, mini fridge, moka, electric kettle and microwave
- Living area with portable hot/cold air conditioner and coffee table
- Sleeping area with double bed, clothes rack and smart TV
- Toilet with wc, bidet and shower.

Additional services available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).

N.B.: the keys of the door are located inside a safe that opens with a code, which will be provided at check-in.

7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax due to the Municipality of Bari equal to €2 per person per night, for the first 4 nights.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Bari is a city that over the years has made the historic center a place of urban aggregation for young people and adults alike, thanks to the presence of trendy and sophisticated clubs as well as many attractions for tourists who love culture. There are many events and manifestations such as the San Nicola Fair in May, and, especially, the Levante Fair, an international exhibition, which takes place in September. The Fair aims at encouraging exchanges between the East and the West, of which Bari is traditionally the most important meeting point.
The apartment is located in an excellent position: in 15 minutes on foot you can easily reach the historic center, an ideal starting point for exploring the city and all the points of interest, such as the renowned raw fish market. All the services needed for a comfortable stay are within walking distance: supermarkets, bars, pharmacies are in fact within 500 meters.

- FROM KAROL WOYTILA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT: you can reach the apartment by taking the FR2 train to the "Quintino Sella" station, 350m from the accommodation.

- FROM BARI CENTRAL STATION: you can reach the apartment on foot in 10 minutes.

- IF YOU TRAVEL BY CAR: the accommodation is located outside the restricted traffic zone and can be reached by car. Street parking is paid on blue lines. It is possible to park for a fee at the Gestipark Battisti car park, in Via Scipione Crisanzio 1/B, a 5-minute walk from the accommodation.
