The Venice Red Door Apartment

Apartment located on the third floor of a building without a lift.
In 37 square meters of space it comfortably accommodates 3 people, with a double bed and a single sofa bed.
We are located near the Basilica of SS Giovanni e Paolo.

The apartment is located in the heart of Venice, a stone's throw from Fondamente Nove, convenient from the airport with the direct line (Alilaguna), to the Murano - Burano - Lido islands, and a few minutes from San Marco and Rialto.
The space
LIVING AREA: kitchenette complete with microwave oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, washing machine, moka coffee maker and split A/C.
NIGHT AREA: bedroom with double bed, two bedside tables with lamps and split A/C, television. Small study, separated by a curtain, with an open wardrobe and a single sofa bed.
BATHROOM: shower cubicle, sink and toilet.

Unlimited wifi is also available.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of guests.
Other things to note
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Venezia. From April 25 is planned the experimental application of the contribution of access to the ancient city of Venice, following the instructions sent by the template you can download the voucher to access the ancient city of Venice for free.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Venezia Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from October 22th to April 7th

Most of the places of interest are accessible on foot or there is the possibility of moving around by public transport (vaporetto).

The apartment is located in a quiet area, easily accessible and convenient for reaching all the wonders of Venice.

FROM SANTA LUCIA TRAIN STATION: vaporetto stop from Piazzale Roma to Fondamenta Nove, 50 meters from the apartment.

FROM THE AIRPORT: take bus n. 35 to the vaporetto stop from Piazzale Roma to Fondamenta Nove, 50 meters from the apartment.
